  • No appointment needed, but we ask that you call us first or check in online before you arrive. This helps us prepare for your pet and reduces your wait time.

  • We primarily treat cats and dogs. If you have an exotic pet, please call us at 757-656-5650 before coming in so we can advise you.

  • Our online check-in lets you hold your spot in line before you arrive, so you and your pet can wait comfortably at home instead of in the waiting room.

  • We are an urgent care facility, not a 24/7 emergency hospital. We cannot treat medically unstable pets. If your pet is in critical condition, please go directly to an emergency hospital.

  • Yes. Our team is able to provide end of life care. Please call us to make arrangements.

  • We work closely with your primary care vet and share records and treatment notes so your pet's care is seamless. We never replace your regular vet, we're here when they can't be.
